Course Description:   Our biological and chemical understanding of the human genome has advanced dramatically in the past two decades.  This course explores in depth many of the ethical and legal challenges raised by scientific breakthroughs in several domains of the new genomics, including: genetic testing for disease susceptibility, prenatal genetic testing, gene therapy, and cloning and other reproductive technologies.
