Everyone’s favorite late night spot! Not only does Gilberts provide a great cup of Seattle’s Best coffee or specialty espresso drink early each day, it offers that same cup and a full menu until the wee hours of the morning. For lunch, you can enjoy a cup of soup and a great sandwich from the Deli or one of the rotating Chef Specials from the grill. Regardless of the time of day, Gilberts is the place to be for a good time and great atmosphere!

Gilbert's is also a prime location for your campus event! Both the front and back rooms of Gilbert's boast a full sound system, perfect for small bands, acoustic acts and poetry slams.

Gilbert's Night Manager Program
The Gilbert’s Night Manager acts as the representative of Gilbert’s during the evening and weekend hours and serves those needing assistance. The Gilbert’s Manager ensures student, staff, faculty, guest, and building safety and security and supervises programs and room set-ups.

Applications for Gilbert's and Farinon Night Managers are accepted on a rolling basis. If you are interested in applying, please download the application below and return it to the Student Life Programs Office, 115 Farinon. We will contact you when a position opens!
