Costa Rican Pavilion
Description of the Costa Rican Pavilion from the Golden Gate International Exposition Official Guide Book:
High in the mountains of Costa Rica grows some of the finest coffee produced in the world. Down in
the great grass lands are found virgin stands of rosewood, mahogany, cedar, and cabint hardwoods.
Wood carving and design are a vital part of the arts and crafts of this country that is so bountifully
supplied with fine woods.
