The Office of Scheduling & Events Planning
Welcome to the Office of Scheduling & Events Planning at Lafayette College!
The Scheduling Office is available to assist you in reserving any space on Campus. This includes classrooms, meeting space, auditoriums, dining facilities, and sports venues as well as all outdoor areas on campus. Lafayette College accommodates small or large groups requiring meals, meeting space, and/or overnight accommodations when space is available.
