The ideal of the H.O.L.A. floor is to promote cross-cultural communication on campus, assist members develop leadership skills and to educate students about the heritage of Latin America and Latinos in the United States.  The group's goal is to provide a model of cultural diversity for students and act as an agent for social change toward greater cultural diversity at Lafayette.
