Official
and unofficial copies of your Lafayette College transcript may be requested in
writing by mail or fax, or in person. Since we must have your signature to
release a transcript, we cannot accept telephone or email requests. Please
include the following information with your transcript request:
Full Name
Former Name if applicable
Social Security / Student ID Number
Date of Birth
Home Address
Address where the transcript is to be mailed
Phone Number
Last Date of Attendance
Signature
Please include which type of transcript you
are requesting. Also indicate if you wish for us to hold the request until
end-of-semester grades or degrees conferred have been added. Transcripts are
normally mailed within two to four working days from the receipt of the
request. Requests for multiple copies may require more time. Please allow extra
time around holidays and at the beginning and end of the semester. There is no
charge for normal processing of transcripts. Information about special
processing such as fax or overnight delivery is listed at the bottom of this
page.
All financial obligations must be
cleared with the Controller before we can release your transcript.
You
may stop by the Office of the Registrar in Markle
Hall, and fill out a transcript request form. The office is open Monday -
Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Summer Hours - 8:15-4:30)
