Curriculum and Educational Policy

Course Proposal Form:

1) Click here to download the CEP Course Proposal Form.

2) Forms should be as complete as possible and must include a tentative course syllabus.

3) The tentative course syllabus should include course objectives and expectations, grading policy, bibiliography/reading list and a statement on academic honesty.

4) Proposals must be signed by the department head and, when necessary, memos from appropraite interdisciplinary program chairs should be attached.
