Eligibility & Access Passes
WHO HAS ACCESS? ► All students, full-time employees and retirees who hold a valid Lafayette College ID (no charge; use college ID). Students and employees are allocated 12 complimentary “Guest Visits” per semester. ► Part-time employees who “activate” their Lafayette College ID. Part-time employee College IDs will not work for access to the Kirby Sports Center until they have been “activated”. To activate the ID card send a receipt and Facility Access Pass Form (obtained from the cashier's window) to the Office of Recreation Services located in the Kirby Sports Center. Activation will occur within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork. ► All employee spouses / same gender domestic partners and their children can also obtain a Facility Access Pass. Passes for children are limited to those who have a legal relationship (as defined by federal tax law) and who are ages 6 to 24. Children under the age of 16 may use all facilities (except the fitness center) if they are actively supervised by an adult. Spouses and Children are issued a Facility Access Pass when they present a paid receipt and Facility Access Pass Form (obtained from the cashier's window on the 2nd floor Markle Hall) to the Office of Recreation Services located in the Kirby Sports Center. Picture IDs for spouses and children will be taken by appointment on weekdays only by calling 330-5779. Spouses and children are not eligible to sign-in guests. ► Lafayette alums receive five complimentary visits per semester. RUEF NATATORIUM ► In addition to all eligible persons listed above, the pool is open to friends and neighbors of the College. Anyone may purchase a membership to our Recreational Swim Program. Call 610-330-5775 for information about our aquatics programs. Children under the age of 12 may use this facility if they are actively supervised by an adult. |
