Ski and Snowboard

The purpose of the ski and snowboard racing team is to continue and build on the tradition of ski racing and to promote and encourage snowboard racing. Most importantly, it is the goal of the organization to master and improve on both sports as well as bring awareness of competitive racing to the Lafayette community. We compete in the New Jersey Conference of the USCSA (United States Collegiate Ski Association). We practice twice a week and race our conference on the weekend in both the giant slalom and the slalom events. Points earned throughout the regular season qualifies teams for regionals, where racers gather from all over the east coast to compete.
