Body Fat Testing
Body Fat Testing provides you with important information. How much of your bodyweight is beneficial (muscles, bones, connective tissues, a healthy level of fat) and how much is not (excess body fat or excess muscle)?
What? Using skinfold calipers, body fat can be measured at various sites on the body. It takes less than 5 minutes.
Why? Identify a baseline measurement, monitor progress and the effectiveness of your exercise program, provide incentive and motivation to improve your health.
How? We obtain a series of measurements in the following locations: Triceps, Mid-Back, Hip bone at waist level, Abdominal, Mid-Thigh, and Chest (men only).
Cost: $10 an assessment ($15 for two assessments within the semester of purchase.)
