Bodysculpt
This toning class will rock your world, blasting every major muscle group. Dumbbells and tubing will be utilized to make your muscles scream.

Cardio Blast
This high velocity aerobics class with simple yet challenging moves, the intensity will have you dripping with sweat. Smooth transitions make this class fun & easy to follow.

Dynamic Kickboxing
Bored with traditional and regular exercise routines? Join us for a butt-kicking, sweat-pouring, bag-slamming, aggresion-releasing, power-punching workout - for the raging kickboxer inside of you. Taught by 3rd and 4th degree black belts.

Guts & Glutes
This class employs the ball, step, bands and dumbbells in a quest for abs and buttocks that are firm, flab-less & fabulous (say that 3 times fast… while doing 3 crunches). You’ll work your abdominals to the core and your gluteus to the maximus.

Meltdown (Hi/Lo)
Dance your way through this high-energy aerobic Jazzercise routine that’s sure to burn calories, get your blood pumping and bring a smile to your face. Sweat later; practice your smile now.

Pilates
This unique mind/body class focuses on conditioning the "powerhouse" muscles of your body's core using special movements designed to create good posture and a strong, fit physique.

Spin Cycling
This indoor cycling class will burn mega-calories while detonating your quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes. The intensisty if the class will have you spinning.
