Mr. Zwerko joined PPL Energy Services Holdings, LLC in 2001 as the Vice President, Distributed Generation. In this role he was responsible for building a distributed generation business. He developed the commercial, financial, product and operational processes and programs to support and grow a distributed generation business. In addition, he implemented the programs with customers in the marketplace.

The business has grown and evolved into PPL Renewable Energy that now focuses on developing, building, operating and maintaining small scale renewable energy plants including landfill gas to energy plants, photovoltaic solar plants, biomass plants and wind plants.

Prior to joining PPL, Mr. Zwerko had more than 20 years of experience with Air Products where he managed various domestic and international on site and equipment businesses as well as acquisitions.  In addition, he managed various sales, marketing, technical, product and engineering functions.

Mr. Zwerko has a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.
