Pre-65 retirees will continue to be enrolled in the same plan, "The Lafayette College PPO Plan" through Capital Blue Cross, in which our active employees are enrolled. The plan offers enhanced in-network benefits while maintaining freedom of choice when accessing care from outside of the network.
