Statement of Termination of Domestic Partnership
General Information
The College is pleased to announce that the Board of Trustees has authorized the Administration to adopt the following policy:
Effective July 1, 1998, the same benefits provided to the spouses of the College's married employees will be made available to same-sex partners of eligible employees provided that the employee and the partner meet the criteria for such relationships as e stablished by the College. As is the case with all benefits, the Board reserves the right to amend or eliminate this benefit at any time.
Coverage for a domestic partner will be effective on the first of the month following completion and submission to the Office of Human Resources of the Certification of Domestic Partnership Form.
