Active Employees Health Care
Full-time employees and their eligible dependents have the option of enrolling in either a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan or in one of two health maintenance organization plans. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in one of these plans on the first of the month coinciding with or immediately following employment. The plan year runs from July 1st to June 30th each year.
Open enrollment takes place in December for a January 1st effective date. It is at this time that you may change carriers, if you wish to do so.
