 May 2004 Trip to Laguntas: Abstract
Our initial site visit in May to the village of Lagunitas, Yoro, Honduras proved quite successful. Water quality tests were performed and baseline health and topographical surveys were conducted. The EWB-Lafayette team collected necessary information to construct the water distribution system in the first of four communities. We anticipated revisiting Lagunitas in January 2005 to install the distribution system and conduct baseline health and topographical surveys of La Fortuna, the next community.
