Lessons Learnt from Lagunitas

Engineers without Borders-Lafayette College implemented its first project, a centralized water distribution system, in Lagunitas , Honduras .  In order to upgrade all aspects of our next project, an after actions review was performed to determine which areas should be sustained and which areas need improvement.  We developed this summary of good practices, mistakes made, and lessons learned into a series of recommendations for future work.
