Lafayette College Dining Services are using Green Friendly products. In our retail locations we have a cold beverage cup that is made from corn starch. See for yourself This is not only a renewable source but it is also compostable. It decomposes in three to six months in land fills. The clear containers we package our Smart Market sandwiches, wraps, and side salads are made from this same corn starch. Check it out!
- Gilbert’s Café also offers these cups and containers, compostable hot cups, and plates made from wheat.
- Fair Trade Coffee is available in retail locations across campus. Learn more
