Hannah W. Stewart-Gambino, Dean of the College
The Dean of the College provides administrative support for the College curriculum and students’ academic experience. The Dean’s primary responsibility is to work with administrators, faculty, and staff to advance the educational mission of the College. The Dean is responsible for providing the vision for the division, overseeing the administrative functions, and supervising the staff in the Dean of the College office.

Karen Clemence, Senior Associate Dean of the College
Dean Clemence is the class dean for junior and senior students. She serves as the chief administrator with primary responsibility for general academic services including academic probation, declaration of major, online academic advising for first-year students and the academic components of their orientation program. She is the legal professions dean providing programming and law school application advice to students interested in going to law school.

John McKnight, Assistant Dean of the College
Dean McKnight is the assistant dean of the college and class dean for first and second year students. He works closely with faculty, staff, students and their families, providing general advising, coordination of academic support services, and administration of procedures related to student academic progress. As class dean, he provides academic support to students beginning at the time of enrollment and continuing through the declaration of major in the spring of sophomore year. As an assistant dean, he provides leadership in areas such as Orientation, the First Year Experience, declaration of major and the annual Honors Convocation program.

Julia A. Goldberg, Associate Dean of the College
Dean Goldberg has primary responsibility for programs that focus on scholarly growth of the College's high-achieving students. She is chief administrator for the College's advising programs for graduate and professional schools and prestigious national and international fellowships.

Erica D'Agostino, Director of the Academic Tutoring and Training Information Center
Dr. Matos supervises the academic support programs provided in the Academic Resource Center. Her primary responsibilities include the coordination of academic support services for students with disabilities, co-supervision of Supplemental Instruction and facilitation of the group tutoring program. She also works individually with students in an academic counseling capacity and serves on a campus-wide group to address issues of access.

Dana Filchner, Associate Director of the Academic Tutoring and Training Information Center
Dana Filchner is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Athletic Academic Support Program. She works closely with the Athletic Department administrators and coaches and acts as a liaison between the Dean of the College and Athletics. She also co-supervises the Supplemental Instruction Program while helping to oversee other academic programs, such as peer tutoring and academic counseling run through the Academic Resource Center.

Michael Jordan, Director of International and Off-Campus Education
Dr. Jordan is responsible for advising students who want to study abroad, reviewing and authorizing their applications to do so, conducting pre-departure orientation sessions, and assessing the quality of programs offered by our affiliated providers. He is the chief administrator of the interim abroad program, oversees the development of new study-abroad opportunities, and provides support for co-curricular activities that involve international travel.
