This is a simplified version of “The Party Exercise” from What Color Is your Parachute? by the University of Missouri site. They call it “The Career Interests Game”, and it gives you a good “first guess” at your three-letter Holland Code.

Job Hunters Bible
This is an online guide to help you determine what you want to do and then how you want to go about accomplishing your desires.

JobWeb
This is a good resource to check out as you begin to plan your career. This site is a general resource area and has pertinent information for all majors. There are articles covering graduate school, how to research a company, negotiating a salary and other must reads for the freshman through senior alike.

Occupational Outlook Handbook 
Educates you about the training and education needed, earnings, expected job prospects, what workers do on the job, and working conditions for hundreds of job titles.

O*net
The online Occupational Information Network is a database of occupations that is designed to help people learn about occupational characteristics and explore careers.

Princeton Review Career Quiz
Create a profile to complete the 24-question quiz which is free and may have some good suggestions for you.  To locate the quiz on the site, click on the “College” tab and then the “Careers” button on the left menu.”

Quintessential Careers
Many articles on job-hunting, resumes, testing and career assessment. You must use Internet Explorer for some parts of the site to work properly.

The Riley Guide
With informative and timely articles, The Riley Guide is one of the best job-hunt sites on the Web.
