Load-In Point: North side of building at stage level. Direct access
across scene shop. Loading door approximately 8’ x 8’.
See driving directions above for dock access. Larger trucks should
bring a ramp to bridge the space between the truck and dock.

All requests for hospitality should be made well in advance to Operations
Director Allison Quensen Blatt.
We can cater hot meals backstage at the theater before or after concerts.
Comp tickets will be held at the box office, per contract, until 24
hours before the performance. Advance requests are greatly appreciated.
Please specify running time of performance, length of intermission,
and instructions for seating latecomers.
Recommended hotel is the Comfort Inn, 2415 Nazareth Road (Route 22 at 25th Street Shopping Center), Easton, PA 18045, (610) 253-0546. It’s a five- to ten-minute drive from
the Williams Center. The shopping center has several quick-food restaurants, a drugstore, and others. Here's a map from the Comfort Inn to the Williams Center.
Near the Comfort Inn is the Holiday Inn Express, 90 Kunkle Drive, Easton,
PA 18045, (610) 923-9495.
The closest lodging to campus (three blocks) is the Lafayette Inn, a bed and breakfast at 525 West Monroe Street, Easton, PA 18042, (610) 253-4500.
Closest to the bus station is the Quality Inn in downtown Easton, 185 South 3rd Street,
Easton, PA 18042, (610) 253-9131. It’s not as nice as the others, but is within
walking distance (1 mile, up hill to the campus). It's shown on the
local map.

Visiting companies’ cars may park in the two spaces at the loading
dock. If more spaces are needed, please call Allison well in advance
to secure campus parking permits.
