Williams Center Gets In the Swim at Shad Festival Parade

We Williams Center folks love a parade! So when we heard about the Doo-Dah Parade that was part of the Arts Community of Easton's Shad Arts Festival in conjunction with the 20th Annual Forks of the Delaware Shad Fishing Tournament and Festival (got all that?), we were there! Our Big Bad Chad the Rad Plaid Shad won a prize for Fishiest Entry in last May's parade, and we had a wonderful time.
