Sojourners is a new religious group on campus. Though Sojourners springs from the Christian tradition, it has a distinct emphasis upon interdenominational and interfaith dialogue and cooperation. Meeting times will be announced at the beginning of the semester. Occasional retreats, social events and work projects are also a part of the life of this dynamic group of students. The college chaplain advises Sojourners, and more information can be obtained by calling the Office of Religious Life at 610-330-5320. Interfaith CouncilThe Interfaith Council exists to provide the opportunity for persons from the various religious life groups and traditions represented on campus to come together on a monthly basis for fellowship and program planning. The statement of purpose for the Interfaith Council describes one role of the members of the council as being allies for one another. The Council meets to assure that communication and mutual respect are the orders for the day in the religious life and larger campus community. |
