The Marquis Literary Magazine is a non-profit magazine seeking to discover new literary and artistic talent. With two issues per year, the Marquis publishes high quality and selective poetry, prose, photography and artwork submitted by Lafayette College undergraduates. The editorial staff looks for innovative and creative works which demonstrate dedication to artistic craft as well as those which excite and challenge contemporary boundaries of art. Works normally touch some inner and unifying human emotion either through laughter, tears, or aesthetic creation. The editors encourage new and already-published writers and artists to submit their work(s) for possible publication in the Marquis. We also seek to bring together the creative talents that exist all over Lafayette, and express these talents in a collective manner.
