On-Campus Recruiting PoliciesOn-Campus Recruiting Policies

On-Campus Interviews
On campus interviews (OCI) typically begins early October and continues through late November for fall semester, resuming mid February and concluding late April for spring.  We encourage early reservations for OCI dates.  Employers participating in OCI are hosted to lunch during their visit, parking is free of charge and all interview rooms have wireless capability.

Information Sessions
An effective way to promote your organization to students.  Lunchtime and early evening times are available.  Please contact Rochelle Crozier to arrange a date for your session.

Recruiters in Residence
A unique way to partner with Career Services.  Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to assist students with enhancing their presentation skills.

Job and Internship Postings
Advertise your organization’s job openings free of charge on Lafayette’s website.
