Information in your medical record is strictly confidential and will used only by members of the Health Center staff. These records will not be released from the Health Center without your knowledge and consent.

If you are a varsity athlete, pertinent information related to your sport is shared with the Athletic Training Staff as an extension of the Health Center.

If there is a life threatening or very serious problem, the Health Center will contact parents or guardians.
